Curiburi Estates is a particularly exclusive project in rural areas, about 10 minutes' drive from the airport, Oranjestad and Eagle Beach and about 3 minutes' drive from the North Coast.

The objective of the project is to preserve as much of the original vegetation as possible. 

The rules regarding the maintenance of the original vegetation and the green zones between the houses, the building heights, the maximum percentage of construction, the use of materials and other rules will be included in the chain clauses. A Home Owners Association will also be set up to ensure that Curiburi Estates and the communal green areas remain beautiful and well-maintained which enhances everyone's living enjoyment.
